Consider this, my resignation ...

... wake me, when you need me

But you had me at hello ....

Ok, enough with all those typical quotes. On to the good stuff. The big news today is that I am resigning from Halo Machinima, and am right now in the process of uploading my final masterpiece of comedy FUBAR goodness. Yumm, goodness ...

This is it, my friends, my final goodbye and my resignation from Halo 3 Machinima. It's been a fun ride and I've met some really great people doing this, but the truth is that there is just too much going on in my life right now to where I cannot fit Machinima directing into my schedule. I hope you enjoy the best of, the last of, the special edition of what I loved to call my Halo comedy masterpiece ... FUBAR.

I hope you have had your fill with my work, enjoyed yourself, and hit the lights when you leave. However, I will eventually return when you least expect it with more randomocity, Russian invaders, and stoned aliens to reap the benefits of our YouTube generation. However, seeing as this is my goodbye I will give you some fun little facts about my world ...

1)Bra1nlessLobot0my was created by my friend's AIM screen name, BrainedLobotomy (though he has removed it ... the bastard!)

2)FUBAR (in my show's case) stands for Fucked Up Beyond All Reasoning ... catchy isn't it.

3)My family has shown no support for my videos whatsoever, though I didn't expect them to.

4)Despite popular belief, I have enjoyed making videos with my friends over Xbox Live as they inspire me much of the time.

5)The final FUBAR video entitled "The Very Best Of" was originally going to be called "En-Say-Ne-Yumm" as a part of the MachiniCast competition I recently dropped out of.

6)The drama Machinima "Outland is Bleeding" never entered pre-production and is still on hold until further notice, maybe it will become a real drama instead ...

7)I do play Halo 3 online with actual people, unlike many Machinima directors ... though I do betray people alot.

8)Unlike my obvious twin brother DigitalPh33r aka John Graham aka John CJG, I live in America, Connecticut to be exact and will be enrolling at Tunxis College for the year (feel free to say "Hi" if you are there too, hell let me know if you're in the area)

9)I work at McDonald's.

So that's it, what's done is done and what's said has been said.

Adios, Thanks, Goodbye, Farewell, Adeu, but don't forget I'm still alive so feel free to talk to me on Xbox Live or YouTube or whatever ...

Erik

2008 re-visited

... like it's 1999

FUBAR goes back to it's roots (quite literally) as I dig out the old video files, great FUBAR moments, and so-on and do a complete remake to enforce the ultimate collection of FUBAR videos!

From the big fart sequence in FUBAR episode 1, to the little Bedazzler alien in The Ultimate Clusterf@#%, everything gets updated with my new cinematography and actors.

What's the catch? Well, you will not see this video until September. Do to my contract with MachiniCast, I cannot release the video until their contest, MachiniFest, is over. Until then, you can stew on my update coming soon and Jaggeta's new machinimas should be seeing the light of day sometime soon. Don't forget that my premiere of Outland is Bleeding is coming eventually, along with the return of Invasion of the Space Cadets! and Project: Genocide.

See ya,
Erik

FUBAR: Red vs Who?

Hey,

Here it is, season 2 episode 2 of FUBAR with a special thanks to oxxStevoxxo for the idea and script.

Back to Business

Yo,

I'm back from my unannounced vacation into the wilderness, beyond the trees, and into a camper! My job has missed me, my friends have acted like they missed me, and I hope you weren't too disappointed that I'm not spewing out Machinima like I said earlier.

Lots of news ... too bad you won't hear of it until the first episode of Totally 99.99999% Brainless comes out!

However, keep an eye out for the newest FUBAR coming out sometime tonight or tomorrow!

Peace,
Erik

Invasion of the Space Cadets

Here it is!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91aqzih6mfA

Delete and Repeat

Hey,

New news on the BP channel as some changes go underway! During my hiatus from Machinima, I had a major chance of brainstorming and came up with multiple ideas for new projects; many of which you have seen.

However, this change involves getting rid of some things. Mainly ... Failo. I'm sure many of you aren't too sad about this loss as you haven't seen how it could blossom, but trust me when I say that this could have been something great. However, this new Machinima that I'm working on will be much greater. It's title ... "Invasion of the Space Cadets".

IotSC is about three Covenant Aliens planning an attack on Earth. However, they must get passed a training facility filled with four humans who just so happen to be as stupid as their alien enemies. Comedy ensues as the space cadets try to enforce an attack plan, and the humans go through training to conquer anything they might do.

Look for the first episode of this comedy Machinima to premiere tonight!

See ya,
Erik

I'M BAAACK

Yo,

Finally, after months of hard work and asking for loans, I bought my new Xbox 360! That means new machinima, more updates, and of course ... many new premiers!

So, keep an eye out for a BUNCH of machinima's coming out from my name. It's going to be like a meteor shower of machinima, both from FUBAR and my new projects. I'm going to go back to work, and I expect that a few short clips from season 2 of FUBAR be rearing their faces around YouTube tomorrow.

Just Here to Say "Hi"

Yo,

I haven't updated anything in a LOOOOONNNNNGGGG time, so I thought I might as well just let you know what's going down.

I'm still working on getting my Xbox ...
Script-writing is in progress ...
My computer has been acting up ...
I got a mohawk over the weekend ...
Going to the Rancid/Billy Talent/Rise Against show in Boston in July ...

That's about it as far as things I know about progress. Other than that, I was just here to say "Hi".

See ya,
Erik

P.S.
If you are going to the concert in Boston, or will be in the area around that time feel free to say "Hi" to me if you see me. More than likely I will have my mohawk up, be wearing a Rancid t-shirt, and will have extremely tattered jeans on. I'm a human, it's ok to give a little "Wuddup Bra1nless!" to me and just let me know that you know me from my ole' machinimalia!

Conformity

Yo,

There's not much to say, it depresses me. So here it goes ... I joined Twitter. I created an account simply because I was bored, so feel free to follow me on my journey on why my Machinima is not out.

Outland is Bleeding

Hey,

Ok, so there is some new news! Most of which is going to tackle my new action/drama machinima "Outland is Bleeding" and feature things such as plot and the trailer release.

First, the plot. This machinima is a very visual-based film, and the biggest comparison I can make is with "Sin City" or "The Spirit". The film is in black and white, with some color popping out, which really helps with character development and just the importance of some things in the project. The protagonist of the machinima is an ex hitman and specials ops soldier named Robert Docker, and he is betrayed and executed by a small-town gang that hired him. Along with his death, his wife and child are also killed, leaving him alone and without hope. He soon wakes up in a hospital, labled as a homeless person found injured, and finds that he has superhuman abilites. The only thing left for him is revenge and to find out why this happened.

Of course there is more to the plot, but I don't feel like giving away every little detail. Now, for the trailer, I might recommend checking out Jaggeta's page and keeping updated there for the release of a little update he is doing. The update will feature some fun skits that he and myself did, along with the release of some new Bra1nlessLobot0my stuff not mentioned here. My portion will conclude with the teaser to "Outland is Bleeding", all filmed without the use of my Xbox, but with other films I have done before.

Well, that seems to be it for now, so keep an eye on my page and MasterStudios as well for the update!

Thanks,
Erik

Tightening Alliances Like A Rope!

Sup,

So, while still in my absence from the machine cinema I like to call machinima, I have been working with my partner alliances to ensure that when I do come back, everything is still good in the hood. One such partner I have been chattin' with is my good friend Jaggeta at Master Studios. We have come up with a little promo that is soon to be aired along with some other tid-bits-o-fun to come your way.
The promo has some skits, some songs, some dances, and anything you want to please the happiness of our great YouTube generation! The promo focuses on recruitment for our production teams, and because I have terrible organization, I sometimes forget some members. That is soon to change as I will create a "mega list" of everyone involved in my crew.

So if you're looking for something to do to help ole BLP, here is what I'm looking for:
Assitant Writers
Promoters
Body Actors
Set Designers
Other Production Alliances
Anybody With Good Connections to Major Machinima Crews (I just want to get my name out there)

Also don't be afraid to check out the Master Studios website for some more goodies and info on what's going on. As always you can e-mail me through Yahoo or YouTube any questions, comments, or what you want to do for this production.

Salud,
Erik

New New New!!!

Sup,

So as you may or may not have noticed, there is a new banner ... again. Trust me on this one, this is officially the official new and forever (?) logo. I have worked on this one for a little and have even made a new intro sequence based upon the logo.
Also, you may have noticed some custom fonts with each of the titles. Yeah, I did that, all by myself too. The "Failo" title will hopefully have its own animation that I'm working on, and the podcast and "Outland is Bleeding" intros are not yet finished.
And the newest of the new, my new April Fools day video has received some interesting feedback. Here's the basic background to that video. I found some raw footage I never used from FUBAR, I decided to make a quick video for April Fools Day (how could I resist?). Because of my awesome creativity, I just made a quick video to help transition the audience into my new FUBAR season, featuring very short videos with quick jokes.
And that's that.

See ya,
Erik

Controversy

Hola,

There has been some recent controversy regarding the title for my new machinima "The Dead and the Damned", a title ever so close to the GTA IV expansion "The Lost and the Damned". The title is of course related to the action machinima described in the previous post, and the title appears on the new logo I uploaded.
A few fans and non-fans of mine were criticizing my title abilities and calling me "unoriginal" and "retarded". However, I did come up with the title before I knew of the release of "The Lost and the Damned".
However, because I'm a good sport, I will change the title to something less controversial. If you have any title ideas at all, please contact me either through Xbox Live, e-mail, or YouTube.

OH! OH! New Idea!!

Yo,

So I'm now doing small video projects to pass the time and push the doomsday clock a little closer to my Xbox arrival. One of the projects involves working with Adobe Flash and Photoshop, which I will hopefully be using in the future to fine-tune my FUBAR episodes. But that is beside the point, the real topic is that I am currently in the writing/editing process of a new machinima.
Now you may be saying to yourself "Why?! You just announced a new project a week ago and you still have no Xbox to work with! You're an idiot!!"
Well, my simple and childish response is this, "Let me do it!!"
The machinima is very stylish, and relates to my post of the movie Sin City. I was messing around with some of my Failo clips and figured out how to mess with colors and make them pop up in black and white environments. So that is the visual basis of the machinima. As far as story, it seems to be very comic book and superhero like, which I feel will help with my "fame".
The story focuses on a spec-ops hitman who ends up getting betrayed by the very people who hired him. The character and his family are brutally exectued, and his body is dumped into the ocean with a crate on him to hide the body. Fast forward a few years and the main character awakes to find his city has changed for the worse, and he is granted with a new life and abilities he never had before. He is now the only person capable enough to overthrow the government.
There's a taste, and I hope you stay tuned for more.

Thanks,
Eric

Bra1nlessLobot0my: Totally 95.55555% Brainless

Wuzzup,

So ... whilst "chillin" in my house contemplating the next big series to create to get my name on the map of "Most Awesome Coolest Ever Uber 1337 Machinima Directors", I thought of a fun way to make an awesome series, a cool update show, and fulfill the needs of my dedicated viewers. As you may or may not have known, I was originally going to create a series in which I interview cast and crew of BLP and Xbox Live players. Shortly after announcing this series, I cancelled because I didn't feel I was going to be able to do the show regularly. Of course, this was replaced with Failo (one of my favorite Machinimas to voice and edit for), and now, the birth of another show ... ready for it ...

Bra1nlessLobot0my: Totally 95.55555% Brainless - A pod cast created by me displaying and reviewing certain life topics with short skits and a stupid take on each topic. Ranging from Choices to Gravity, each topic is fully covered and dissected to its fullest and dumbest potential. I will be hosting the show, with my friend “filming” in the background. By filming, I mean he will give his own input in the pod cast sometimes insulting my intelligence or saying something stupid as well. We often get into debates, but besides that, it is a normal pod cast with topics, pictures, skits, and awesomeness!

That's right yo, I'm creating a pod cast! Updated weekly, it is a total hybrid-machinima-mutt-mix that combines memories of "This Spartan Life", "Inside Halo/Gaming", "Master Studios Update", and "FUBAR". I will announce life topics every episode, sprinkle a few skits in between, and end with any announcements relating to Bra1nlessLobot0my Productions.

Signing out,
Eirk

Vimeo

Hey guys,

Another video website I have came upon is a site called Vimeo. The place has a huge compilation of videos and people, and though I have not yet fully explored this site, it looks awesome! I will be uploading many of my videos there as well so if you have a Vimeo account, feel free to check out my page! Also known as

www.vimeo.com/blp

Also, if you haven't checked out HaloTube, this very website is now in their friends link! That's right, HaloTube promotes BLP, and FUBAR epsiode 2 is their most viewed video with Failo episode 1 being their top rated! Thanks guys for watching and commenting.

You all rock,
Erik

HaloTube

Howdy,

Due to some recent Xbox failure, I have decided to take this unexpected break to start promoting FUBAR, Failo, and P: G. I have found a view websites, and over time you will see my videos appear on these sights. One that I found particularly interesting was HaloTube.org. If you have not yet checked this sight out, I suggest it, it's pretty nifty and they have some good videos there too. If any fellow Machinima directors are reading, please post your videos on the sight.

The website is pretty sick because not only do they have a very friendly community, but they also give out prizes if you promote their website, upload a bunch of videos or pictures, or if you are friendly to the community. Prizes range from custom pictures to Xbox Live MS points. So please sign up, look up my videos, and leave some friendly comments to other directors because don't forget, I am just like them, not a pro, but I use what I have to work with.

Thanks,
Erik

EDIT*
I have now created a group page on HaloTube, you can find it here.

Some FUBAR Shtuff

Aloha!

I have some news and updates comin' your way, so read on ...

FUBAR, there's news on it!
First, episode 6, appropriately titled "Commute With the Community" is on its way to your local YouTube. Since there was literally no writing involved with this episode and many of you did it for me, all I needed to do was some Shakespearean acting to get the film a-goin'. This Friday seems like a good day to kick back, relax and see what you guys think FUBAR should be.
Second, episode 7, the season finale! Woohoo, we did it! One season done, and the second should premiere in the Spring. At the closing of the season, I will gather all my production crew together, and host a custom game night. We will be playing on some FUBAR maps, feel free to dress as Scooby Doo, or that angry guy who never speaks.
Finally, this news is breaking, and makes me look like an idiot. Originally, FUBAR was going to be moved from Halo 3 to Halo: CE. Well ... it's not. Filming would be too complicated, there isn't enough character diversity, and as comical as it would look, I can't drop tanks on people. So the MOVE! special will be deleted, memories forgotten, and FUBAR: CE is now just a memory/mystery/dream.

Don't forget to message me at burnttoast272@yahoo.com or xerikillx@aim.com

Thanks,
Erik

Need Some Assistance

Hey guys,

For episode 6 of FUBAR, I need some help from you guys. Episode 6 is a community-based episode, and will feature your submitted skits. Feel free to post them on the Zantive forum, my own forum, e-mail, or YouTube. If your skit is FUBAR-worthy, it will be featured in the latest episode, and you will make it into the credits.

Thanks,
Erik

The Loss and the Gain

Greetings Everyone,

Today, at approximately 12:04 a.m. EST we lost a valuable member of Bra1nlessLobot0my Productions; Grantorsaurus. He resigned noting to me that he has plans to move on to script writing, and that right now is a very stressful time for him. We should all show support for his work as he did for ours, and I hope that the future shows well for him.
I remember when he first joined the group, after I announced what FUBAR was about. It all started with Fishyman, Spark, Sean, him, and myself working hard on many of the episodes you see today. He made great apperances as both enemy and friend in FUBAR episodes 4, 5, the 300 spoof, and even episodes of Project: Genocide.

The gain, is that Grant is now writing for a new comedy parody entitled Ghost Tauren Productions. GTP is a single group lead by Grant and is more literary than Machinima, but I'm sure their work will be funny nonetheless.
So good luck Grantorsaurus, Grant, Soldier number 2, wherever the road may lead you, you always have a home here at Bra1nlessLobot0my Productions.

Raise your glasses, and say adios,
Erik
